Biography

Caroline is a creative entrepreneur passionate about craftsmanship and creative entrepreneurship. Holding a degree in Communication and Public Relations, as well as training in Project Management and Gender Studies, she is the founder of CZart, a creative company launched in 2016 in Haiti and now registered in Canada and the United States. Over time, the company has evolved into CZart Craft, dedicated to producing custom handmade products and beautiful paintings, and CZart Academy, which offers creative entrepreneurship coaching and in-person and online craft training. Her mission is to guide passionate women through their "From Craft to Cash" transformation, helping them use their creativity to launch their own businesses and thrive. Through her training programs, she has already trained over 2000 people in Canada, the United States, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Deeply committed to women's empowerment and gender equality, she is fully dedicated to her role as a Creative Business Coach. She worked for six years in the human rights sector within an international organization before fully focusing on entrepreneurship.
