What does ZeeArts sell?

We provide an extensive variety of original artwork from artists across the globe, from contemporary, classical, abstract, vintage, pop art, minimalistic to calligraphy. Our online gallery is a platform to make art accessible. You can be the owner of an original art piece.

How can I trust buying from ZeeArts?

We know that safety and trust are really important to you and being frequent online shoppers ourselves we take it seriously. When you purchase an item on ZeeArts, we hold your payment safe until you tell us you’ve received your order. Only then do we release your payment to the seller. We select our artists with care and we stand behind every purchase made on ZeeArts so that you can buy with confidence.

Can I sell at ZeeArts?

We’re always looking for interesting Artists making great artwork creations that comes with a story to tell. Currently, only featured artists are allowed to sell with ZeeArts. We are working towards launching the open section of our marketplace. If you are interested in being featured or want to sell on ZeeArt, please apply here.

Account

Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

How do I change my personal info?

To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

On the upper right-hand corner of any page, you’ll see a link called ’My Account’  if you’re signed in. Click on it to access your user account dashboard.

Select “Account details”. You are then able to change your email address, shipping address, password ..etc.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one. Or click on sign in on the top right corner (if you are on the desktop or from the menu if you are on mobile) then click on “lost your password?”  link above the login button.

Can I make my own list of favourite artworks? Where can I see it?

Yes! If you like an artwork just click on (Add to wishlist) below it. This will automatically save it to your desired list, which you can find under your account dashboard. On the upper right-hand corner of any page, you’ll see a link called ’My Account’  if you’re signed in. Click onit to access your user account dashboard.

Buying

What forms of payment does ZeeArts accept?

We are accepting payment via bank transfer or cash on delivery on some locations.

Are my payments secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

Buying on ZeeArts

When you buy Artwork on ZeeArts, the money goes into a neutral escrow account so the Seller does not get paid until you have received your artwork and had time to review it.

The funds are not released until 48 hours after ZeeArts has gotten confirmation that you have received your item. So you can be confident that you will get what you bought and know that it is what it is advertised to be.

How do I check the status of an order?

In “My orders” you can see the progress of all of them. Once delivered, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.

You will also be provided with tracking number from the courier so you can track it.

Do I get a provenance (certificate of Authenticity)?

Yes, we will issue for you the provenance (certificate of authenticity) stating clearly this artwork is original. The certificate will be stamped from ZeeArts and will be stored in our database and on the blockchain based codex protocol (decentralized registry of unique assets) that can’t be tampered with and it will preserve your right of ownership and has the proof of origin and history of your artwork.

This will guarantee for you the ownership and will preserve the value of your artwork as an asset that you can resell again anytime via our gallery.

Shipping, Return & Refund

What is the shipping return?

The artworks are delivered directly from the artist to your doorstep. We pre-screen and only carefully select artists who are deemed reliable/trustworthy and have previous experience shipping their artworks.

 

We work with our artists to use recommended and trusted shipping carriers, but this may vary if the seller has a trusted / better alternative he/she is comfortable with.

 

Once you’ve received an original artwork, we’ll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.

 

After seven (7) days of informing us of your intent, you have three (3) days to ship out the artwork in the original condition to us. Shipping out the artwork to us without informing us first is not accepted and won’t be eligible for a refund. So, you as a buyer need to ship the artwork directly to us.

 

You won’t be eligible for a refund if:
– You didn’t inform us about the intent within 7 days of receiving the original artwork.
– You didn’t ship out the original artwork to us within 3 days of the date you informed us of your intent.
– If the artwork is not in its original condition and packaged properly.

Which countries do we ship to?

This depends on the artist and the nature of the artworks. We try to collaborate with artists who ship worldwide but some artworks might not be available to ship to your country. And don’t worry as you don’t need to pay till we confirm that it can be shipped to your doorstep.

How much will the delivery cost me?

This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Also, the size and weight of the artwork and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price.

*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.

How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on the distance between you and the artist. Our artists are regional to worldwide shipping depending on the artwork.

Be sure to check out shipping company’s estimated delivery time when they send you the tracking number for your order.

Privacy & Policy

Information Collected or Received

ZeeArts may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. ZeeArts may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by ZeeArts. This information can include your IP address browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ZeeArts website.

When you place an order on the Site, you must provide your first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address. We will use this information to fulfill the order you place and to communicate with you about it.
