Meena Kamal is an Indian artist whose expressionist landscapes and abstract works invite viewers to de-stress and experience bliss. Inspired by her travels, she juxtaposes reality with philosophy, incorporating geometric and organic forms with tactile textures. Her process is deeply intuitive, with colors and abstraction evolving naturally through each piece. She primarily works with oil on linen and mixed media on wooden panels. As the owner of MRK Contemporary Art Gallery, Meena showcases Emirati and international Eurabian art, fostering cultural dialogue. She is committed to promoting young Emirati prodigies alongside established artists, aligning with MRK’s mission: “Emirati Art in Every Home of UAE.” A trained art curator and interpreter with a Master’s in Fine Arts from San Francisco, Meena specializes in staging multicultural exhibitions in public and private spaces.
