Dina Duangporn Saenghiranwathana (Dina) is a self-taught abstract artist from Bangkok, Thailand, now based in Abu Dhabi. Her multicultural background and experiences as an expat wife and mother inspire her work, which often reflects the tranquil beauty of Saadiyat Island. Dina’s journey to becoming an artist was unconventional. Initially studying accountancy, she later transitioned to fashion design and worked in the fashion industry. Her love for painting remained a personal hobby until 2020 when, after becoming a mother, she decided to reconnect with her passion. Dina’s abstract works feature soft textures and flowing compositions, evoking a sense of peace inspired by her emotional connection to the ocean and sky. Now fully dedicated to her art, she shares her calming creations with a growing community of art enthusiasts on Instagram.
