Biography

Gesere, born in Uruguay, has been based in Dubai, UAE, since 2005. A psychologist and painter, she has been writing prose and poetry since the age of twelve, publishing a children’s ebook in 2017. She studied painting under Manuel Raúl Deliotti at "El Molino" before continuing as a self-taught artist while pursuing her career in Psychology. Her work has been featured in British Vogue, Artventurous Magazine, and Ophelia. In 2021, her piece Rest was selected by Emergingscene for display on the Elevision Media digital network across the UAE. In 2022, the Uruguayan embassy invited her to represent her country in a Guinness World Record achievement. She has exhibited internationally, including in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, the US, and Uruguay. Notably, The Flight of the Falcon is part of AIX’s private collection in the Burj Khalifa. Her works are in private collections worldwide.
